Telephone – 0845 094 6278 2.0 Delivery 2.1. In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days (UK) of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the opportunity to cancel the order and receive a full refund of monies paid. 2.2. When items are in stock we will send orders out to you by an insured delivery service. Typically delivery can be expected within 5 working days of placing an order. Deliveries are only made within the UK mainland. Other destinations including overseas are available. Please contact us for details. 2.3. In the unlikely event that your ordered goods are out of stock, we will obtain an estimated delivery date and contact you with this information. You will have the choice to either cancel your order or receive a full refund of any monies paid or you may choose to continue with your order. 2.4. Delivery cost only covers orders up to 5kg in weight. Further charges may occur if this weight limit is exceeded. A representative of Axholme Alarms & Security will contact you should this be the case. 3.0. Replacements and Refunds 3.1. If an item is found to be broken or faulty on receipt, contact us by email

. You can choose either to receive a replacement item or to receive a refund. 3.1.1. Replacements: We will send you a replacement but it is your responsibility to arrange the return of the faulty item. Returned goods must be adequately packed. The replacement item will be dispatched as soon as we have received the faulty item. 3.1.2 Refunds for Faulty Goods: We will refund the total cost of the order to you less delivery costs, as soon as we receive the item back. Returned faulty goods must be adequately packed. 3.1.3. Refunds for Perfect Goods: If you receive the goods in perfect condition and decide within 7 days of receipt, to send them back then you will be refunded the total cost of the order less delivery costs and a 10% restocking fee. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Returned goods must be adequately packed. The refund will take place once the goods have been received by us. 4.0 Credit Card Payments 4.1. For your protection, credit card payments to Axholme Alarms & Security are processed via the WorldPay secure online payment gateway. 4.2. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to individuals whose credentials cannot be verified, We will use discretion in these matters and will not authorise payment or supply unless we are completely satisfied that the order is legitimate. 5.0 Confirmation of your order 5.1. Once the order has been placed, we will send you an email of confirmation including; A contact name The total price An order / reference no. Instructions of how to contact us. 6.0 Receipt 6.1. The order confirmation will act as a receipt; we will be pleased to provide any additional documentation you may require. 7.0 Complaints 7.1. Complaints should be made initially by e-mail and will be acknowledged within 5 working days 7.2. Your complaint will be dealt with fairly and confidentially. At all times we will keep you fully informed of progress. 8.0 Privacy Policy 8.1. We are committed to protecting your privacy and do not plant any cookies on your computer. 8.2. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). No information will be disclosed to third parties without your consent.
